Baked Sweet Potato Crisps

  • 2 large sweet potatoes * 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Paprika (as much or as little as you like!)
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Slice the sweet potatoes with peel thinly about 1/6". Preheat the oven to 140 degree Celsius.

Place the potatoes into a bowl and add the olive oil and spices. Mix thoroughly with your hands until every slice is completed coated with the oil. Place the slices in one single layer on a baking tray. 

Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip them over then cook for 40 more minutes. Remove from heat and let the chips cool in the pan (they will continue to crisp while they are cooling). Enjoy!
